About us
ACE Physiology & Rehab is a team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) who specialise in the use of clinical exercise to manage injury, chronic conditions, and performance goals. We’re university-trained health professionals with the experience and accreditation to safely guide you from rehabilitation to long-term fitness and health.
Established in 2022, we operate within one of Knox’s largest community gym spaces — a 7,000 m² facility equipped for real-world movement, progressive strength work, and functional recovery. This environment allows us to bridge the gap between traditional rehab and everyday activity.
Our focus is simple: help people move better, recover faster, and return to the things they enjoy. We take a practical, evidence-based approach to every program and collaborate closely with your GP, specialist, or support team to ensure your care is coordinated and effective.
